DUCHY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

The Duchy League is a football competition based in the eastern half of Cornwall, United Kingdom, but also includes a few sides from over the border in Devon.

The League was formed in 1965 as a merger of the Liskeard & District League and the St. Austell & District League

Clubs can either join the League either one of four ways. i) Being relegated from either the Eaxt Cornwall Premier League and the Cornwall Combination League, ii) A sideways move from the Trelawny League or a Devon based league, iii) existing Duchy League clubs can form Reserve/Third sides or finally iv) New clubs can be formed and then apply to join at the AGM

All new sides wishing to join the League must be accepted by a vote of rxisting clubs at the AGM
